We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. On occasion we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.
Reasons for return and liability
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at hupshop.com, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit. Please include a note stating reason.
If the item is damaged or defective
We will refund the cost of the item and the postage if the item is damaged or defective, within 28 calendar days of receipt. Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect.
Once we have verified the fault, we will refund the cost of the item, original postage and return postage. In any event please obtain a receipt from post office or courier for the return of any items. As we cannot be held responsible if they are lost in transit. Our returns address is:
